Drum & Tall Tote Filler

This semi-automatic, sub-surface filler is made for filling 55 gallon drums as well as 81" tall IBC's. The special length lance is lowered to within 1/2" of the bottom of the 550 gallon container to control foaming.

It also has a retractable bellows to draw toxic fumes and a 10,000lb capacity scale base. A hydraulic cylinder is used to raise and lower the lance carriage and boom for adjusting from IBC's to drum heights.

Filling Corrosive Chemicals

This sub-surface filler is made to handle a variety of containers from 30 to 440 gallon, with and without pallets. The lance will fill from the bottom up to control foaming.

A Kynar, (plastic) lance and twin Kynar valves are used because the liquid is highly corrosive. The machine is coated gray epoxy.
