This system allows multiple pallet loads of empty containers to accumulate prior to the filling station. There is an air operated chain transfer, a powered roller conveyor at right angles, one on the scale and another after the fill station for bung & label application. There are several non-powered zones at the end for accumulating full loads waiting fork truck pick up. This particular system can fill containers from 55 to 550 gallon.
Description of Operation:
When a full load is discharged, a new load conveys to the fill station and stops automatically.
The operator then presses a button on the handle to release the boom and guides the lance to the bung opening of any container he chooses
The operator releases the button and the boom is automatically locked in place.
When the operator presses the start button, the lance travels to the bottom of the container
The machine will automatically "tare out" the load and start a slow fill cycle.
When the liquid reaches above the tip of the lance, the machine automatically shifts into fast fill cycle.
Near the top, the machine cycles to dribble speed to top off the container.
When the lance retracts the operator presses the button on the handle again to release the boom and guide the lance to the next container.
When complete, the operator presses a button on the handle to automatically discharge the full load and bring on an empty load.
