
This machine is designed to handle corrugated sheets in a stack up to 12" high. The machine will automatically dispense sheets left or right from the collection bin, at 2 sheets per minute, automatically. With an empty pallet resting on an in-feed conveyor, a signal is received and each corrugated sheet is picked from the top of the magazine is transferred over to the waiting pallet and deposited then it retracts to the home position.
Product Specifications:An Allen- Bradley, Micro Logix 1200 microprocessor is used and all the necessary controls are included with a NEMA 12 panel. The machine has an air manifold with vacuum cups suspended from an overhead shuttle. Body construction consists of 4" x 4"x ¼" square tubing uprights and cross bracing, all welded structure. The safety covers are all welded panels of 10 gauge steel sheets with square tubing braces. The overhead shuttle carriage is a weldment with 4" x 4" square tubing as well with four suspended vacuum cups and four wheels on a steel raceway. The air manifold has a pneumatic cylinder to raise and lower the carriage, plus another cylinder to shuttle the carriage back and forth over the pallet and sheet magazine. This is a fully assembled, wired, piped, and tested machine.
