General Specifications

This is a "pick and place" robot; ...a fully automated machine that lifts products from an infeed conveyor, carries them to a designated pallet position and gently places them down. This system can handle a variety of drums, boxes or other unitized loads. Each system is designed to suit.

  • Robot carriage, chain driven with encoder.
  • Robot lifted and lowered by pneumatics.
  • Pallet Dispenser and Slip Sheet Dispenser included.
  • All electro/pneumatic operation.
  • Controlled by a P.L.C. in NEMA 12 panel.
