This is a fully automatic batch filling operation for plastic drums. The infeed conveyor accumulates the drums which escape one at a time into a station where a vacuum cup hand removes and holds the lid. A side shuttle device places the drum under the fill spout. The fill hood is automatically lowered and an inflatable seal creates an airtight fit while filling. A dust collector and vibrator are included. The vacuum hand moves the lid in and places it down automatically.
