This is an electric powered transfer/shuttle car mobilized to handle heavy loads on twin rails in a straight line. The car is designed to allow any type of surface conveyor to be mounted on top. The surface conveyor shown is chain driven live roller for a pallet load weighing 3500 lbs. Each unit includes "V" grooved cast iron wheels, outboard drives, electric festoon cable and all welded structural steel frames.
