This is a Fork Type dispenser built for variable size pallets. The forks insert through the second pallet and lift it with the rest of the stack. The bottom pallet is free to convey out the opposite side. The photo on the left shows the load raised to a point where it signals the conveyor to take away the bottom pallet. The photo on the right, (unguarded) shows the pallet in the discharge position. When a photo eye sees a clear condition, the fork carriage will lower and the forks will retract. The carriage will lower the stack on the conveyor, retract, rise up, and then insert the forks into the second pallet.
