This is another automatic drum and IBC filling system contained
within a fume booth. The pallet load conveys in, an air operated
guillotine door closes and signals the filler to tare then
cycle. When the container is filled the door opens and the
load conveys back out. A fork truck removes it and replaces
it with a new load. Two sets of glove boxes are provided
for the difference in height between the drums and IBC. The
control panel is isolated from the filler, not shown here.
The operator platform is also provided, but not shown here. |
This is an automatic drum
and IBC filling system contained within a fume booth. The
pallet load is deposited on a conveyor
by a forklift and the conveyor starts after the truck has
moved away. The clear plastic guillotine door is open so
the load conveys in. The air operated guillotine door closes
then
signals the filler to cycle. The computer automatically
tares the load and starts the fill cycle. When the container
is
filled the door again opens, starting the conveyor in reverse,
and the load conveys back out. A fork truck removes the
full and replaces it with a new empty load. Two sets of
glove
boxes are provided for the difference in height between
the drums and IBC. An operator platform is also provided,
but
not shown here.
