The
conveyor on the left is a Belt Driven Live Roller conveyor
for loads under 150 lbs. to accumulate in-line without
high impact. This "minimum pressure" live roller allows
the belt under the surface rollers to travel in the opposite
direction. Typically, a 100 lb. load can be held back with
3 to 5 lbs. of force.

The
conveyor on the right is a heavy duty belt driven live
roller conveyor to accumulate 8 ft. wide loads of corrugated
weighing up to 6000 lbs. There are zero pressure zones
built into this conveyor so the loads don't push against
each other. It is also a very low profile unit, 13" off
the floor. Two 4 ft. wide live roller conveyors were built
on a common frame to get the needed results.
