This special, all 316 stainless steel fume booth and drum filler will fill hot liquids, at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, into 55 gallon steel drums. The station on the left is a drum filling station and fume collection booth. The operator station on the right is a cooling booth for the hot drum to dwell, with an air operated door between them. This system has an electric, heat jacketed lance to keep the liquid hot and flowing, a special funnel over the drum to collect fumes, a pull-out overflow pan under the filler, three air operated sliding doors with interlocks, a powered in/out conveyor system, thermal gloves for the operator and windows on the top, the sides, the back and in front.

The fume booth includes the following features:

• Air-operated, slide-back entry and exit doors
• A pull out overflow pan under the filler
