Slip Sheet Dispenser

This is a fully automatic Slip-Sheet Dispenser complete with a pallet dispenser and conveyor system. In this view, a pallet has been dispensed and a sheet of corrugated is being placed onto it. The bin of corrugated sheets is on the left. A second pallet is automatically loaded with corrugated while a newly covered pallet is discharged. The sheet dispenser is shuttled by a carriage on tracks above the conveyor. The air/vacuum lines are festooned, extended left to right in this view. At the collector bin, the vacuum cups are attached to rods and springs that lower, activate the suction, raise the corrugated sheet, then shuttle over to the waiting pallet.
