Automatic Loader/Unloader System

This gantry robot system automates the unloading, stacking, destacking and storage of empty drums. The "pick and place" robot allows the best possible use of floor space. Drums are stacked in a staggered pattern up to three levels high.

Ideally, trucks are loaded and sent away while drum filling and other process operations are provided with ample drums available, in storage, in-house. Expect up to 300% more storage capacity compared to conventional floor conveyor systems.

This system can pick and place drums at a rate of 4 per minute and is suited for operators that accumulate more than 400 drums.
